Ses vari\u00e9t\u00e9s, dor\u00e9es et rougies, sont savour\u00e9es dans nos \u00eeles avec un filet de citron vert, une tradition qui rehausse sa douceur mielleuse.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Mangue, ou <em>v\u012b<\/em>Il m\u00fbrit par vagues, d'abord pendant notre hiver austral, en juillet, puis pendant l'hiver austral, en juillet. <em>Matari'i i ni'a<\/em>La saison de l'abondance commence en novembre. Chaque vari\u00e9t\u00e9 porte un nom po\u00e9tique.<em>atoni<\/em>les sauvages ; <em>ohure pi'o<\/em>L'eau de mer est un produit de qualit\u00e9, courb\u00e9 et d'une couleur profonde ; <em>opureva<\/em>souple et parfum\u00e9e ; et <em>tutehau<\/em>Les fruits de l'agriculture sont des fruits de mer, des fruits dor\u00e9s et des fruits doux comme le miel. Ensemble, ils colorent nos vergers insulaires de saveurs et de couleurs.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Et puis il y a <em>v\u0101nira<\/em>-La vanille tahitienne. Ce cultivar rare (<em>Vanille Tahitensis<\/em>), cultiv\u00e9e en Polyn\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise, est le r\u00e9sultat d'hybridations centenaires, avec un profil sensoriel \u00e0 nul autre pareil.
