ACCOMMODATIONS

Every villa is a cocoon,
a private space on Tetiaroa

Spread across the Onetahi motu and set back just off the beach are 35 private villas and one private residence, each a retreat within this sanctuary called Tetiaroa. There’s a flow to these spaces, where doors fold open to create breezeways to the outdoors, and transitions between rooms are subtle, open to entirely different spaces to live in. Welcome home.

Sustainably Built

The Brando’s villas are constructed to conserve resources, limit waste, and tread gently on the natural environment. This pioneering approach has led The Brando to become the first resort globally to receive the prestigious LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Certification.

Privacy Redefined

Separate and serene, each lodging serves as a solitary haven, a world apart within the resort’s embrace. The villas, cradled by foliage, offer versatile areas for sleep, serenity, literary escape, or quiet observation of nature’s march.

Quiet Stays

The architecture of each accommodation marries traditional materials with modern design, featuring state-of-the-art insulation and ventilation systems. In the silence of a villa, with windows closed to the outside world, guests find themselves enveloped in a sanctuary of solitude, enjoying some of the most restorative sleep imaginable.
